Whether you're training for your first triathlon or aiming for a new personal best on the bike, our personalised coaching will help you achieve your goals with structure, support, and expertise.

At Pain Free Power, our coaches Alex and Iain specialise in triathlon and cycling coaching, working with athletes of all levels—from complete beginners to seasoned competitors. With a science-based approach and a strong focus on individual needs, we help you train smarter, stay motivated, and reach your potential.

Coaching Package - 2495 SEK/month

Our comprehensive monthly coaching package includes:

  • You'll have full access to advanced data analysis and the ability to move sessions around to fit your schedule.
  • Your plan is built around your lifestyle, work, and travel. We’ll have a weekly check-in to adapt as needed, and we’ll sometimes do key sessions together to monitor your progress in real time.
  • We include both cycling and running lactate tests to tailor your training intensities with precision.
  • Comfort and efficiency are essential—especially when training and racing regularly. All coached athletes benefit from a professional bike fit.
  • Every athlete is different, so communication is flexible—phone, messages, comments in TrainingPeaks—whatever works best for you.
  • Together we’ll build your race-day strategy, including pacing targets, nutrition, and logistics, to help you feel prepared and confident on the start line.
  • As a coached athlete, you'll receive discounts on our products, including nutrition and other essentials from our webshop.
