With its content of 10 g of sugars and a total of 23 g of carbohydrates per gel, ENERGY GEL gives you a concentrated intake of both simple and complex carbohydrates.

CARBOHYDRATES help you restore the body's normal muscle function (contraction) after a high-intensity and/or long-term physical exercise, which leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of the glycogen store in the skeletal muscles. The beneficial effect is achieved by ingesting carbohydrates from all sources with a total intake of 4 g per kg of body weight in doses within the first 4 hours and at the latest 6 hours after very intense and/or prolonged physical exercise that leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.

Ingredients:
