Aerobar: 230mm

Grip extension options: 0mm, 25mm, 40mm

Shimano SW-9150 long grip: 104mm

Shimano SW-9150 short grip: 92mm

Shimano SW-9160 ergo grip: 87mm

Standard Pole grip: 87mm

Armrest sizes UCI 95, UCI 120 and TRI 140mm

- each supplied with 10mm foam pads.

Fit recommendations:

UCI category 1 (less than 180cm tall):

Grip without extension (Small) and 15-20° angled shim

Grip SW-9160 short without extension (Small) and 30° angled shim, Armrest 15mm setback

UCI category 2 (180-190cm tall):

- Grip with 25mm extension (Medium) and 20-25° angled shim

- Grip SW-9160 short with 25mm extension (Medium) and 25° angled shim

UCI category 3 (greater than 190cm tall):

- Grip with 40mm extension and 25° angled shim

- Grip with 25mm extension and 30° angled shim

Go for the shorter armrests if you want to get a couple of extra mm of height
